Accessible to residents and members, our Ashford health club includes a 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room, experience shower and a gym – recently refurbished with state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment – as well as a varied timetable of classes. We also have personal trainers on hand to advise and motivate, just tell them what you need and they'll be only too happy to help. 

After your workout, wind down with a session in the Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room, or recline on one of our heated loungers. You've earned it!
